"Milanese Mezzi Mastery"
 
Ingredients:
200g Mezzi Rigatoni
2 tbsp Dionisio’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 onion, finely chopped
300g ground pork and beef mix
250g tomato sauce
100g mozzarella, cubed
Fresh basil leaves, torn
Salt & pepper, to taste
